"People deserve to be free from the cycles that keep them stuck."
Katie Goldfinch is trained in drama therapy, counselling, mediation and tantra. With years of facilitating experience, she knows how to hold space for connecting experiences, supporting the difficulties that intimacy with self and others can bring up, while encouraging growth and expansion.

A life that defies a single description.
Raised in the arts and shaped by a lifetime of intentional self-development, Katie has spent her years accumulating a life that spans more than one story: performing on some of the UK's most iconic stages, working in front of and behind the camera in film and television, and building a career as a broadcaster and live events presenter.
Leaving home and moving to London at sixteen, she has always resisted the confines of societal expectations, turning passions into businesses, starting over when life called for it, and saying yes where others said no.
Having experienced a great deal of conflict growing up, she developed a deep fascination with conflict resolution and a lasting desire to help people find peace within themselves and in their relationships, a thread that would lead her to study therapeutic practices and ultimately become a coach.
Now at thirty-seven, having done the most important work of all, making herself the love of her own life, she brings that hard-won self-awareness to her practice, guiding others through the kind of transformation she knows intimately from the inside out.
"All of Katie's work is serving liberation, be it through facilitated self-discovery, mediating conflict, or counselling pain."
Fifteen years inside the work.
I have created modes of support from my own journey and a wide breadth of studied modalities.
Katie has been attending Tantra workshops, temples and play spaces for fifteen years. She has studied with the likes of Jan Day and the Amrita tribe, and assisted Jem Ayres.
Her practice combines drama therapy, counselling, mediation and tantra.
As well as this, Katie has foundational learnings in neuroscience, transactional analysis and mindfulness, alongside six years of personal psychotherapy and several Vipassana meditation courses.
